In the article “Are women really better at multi-tasking?” it states that women are more capable than men at performing several tasks at a time. A team of British researchers took 100 students 50 male 50 female to do 3 tasks in 8 minutes. The men performed well on the other tasks except for formulating a plan to find a lost key which the women had completed perfectly. Researcher Dr. Etienne Koechlin states that multitasking is a exhausting activity on the brain for both male and female alike. what this article is trying to say is women seem to have the upper hand on guys when its comes to multitasking but in general everyone alike has trouble multitasking.

In the passage it states that “the women had few problems handling everything at once. in fact, 70 percent of them performed better than their average male counterparts.” I believe this means that women overall are better then man at multitasking. I think this is important because if you had to assign someone a job which required that person to do many things at once, you would want someone capable of multitasking and knowing that women are better at it would help. I agree that women are better at multitasking because of the experiences I've had in my life. I also agree with this idea because of others out look on it like in books.

I believe women are better at multitasking because My mother has always been my biggest role model seeing as how she is a single mother who is capable of doing things on her own. My mother was able to take care of me, bills, my sisters and her job all at once which i found amazing. I don't think my mom realizes but she was always very good at multitasking whenever i had asked her to do something she would do it plus have something else being done at the same time. One thing I remember from my childhood was how my mom would cook and help me do my homework at the same time yet it felt like i had her full attention. I find that whenever i have tried to keep up with doing two things at once i failed hard yet my mom on the other and hand seems to be just fine with it.

I also agree with women being better than men at multitasking because my sisters as well are good at it. for example there was a time me and my sister would race to see who can get things done faster. My sister would plan things out and do things at once where I did everything one by one she would beat me every time. My sisters would always do there homework listen to music and surf the web all at once which is something I (a male) find very hard to do. My sisters were the ones who taught me how to do my homework and play video games at the same time. because of my sisters I believe that is why i agree that most women are better than men at multitasking.

I agree that females are more capable compared to men at multitasking. For reasons as simple as I've always sucked at multitasking myself as a male and as My mother has always been quite good at it as well as my sisters. So if i were ever to have to choose a person for a hard job which requires them to multitask i would most likely look into hiring a women with this quality of skill. With this i have come to the conclusion that women are indeed  better at multitasking than men.
